Tickets for HearthsOPhyre 2019 on sale as of July 4th!
All tickets for HearthsOPhyre are advance purchase. NO tickets will be sold at the gate, so please do not test this, as you will be turned away.
Ticket sales will be handled via Burner Tickets (www.burnertickets.com). All ticket sales for our event on Burner Tickets will process through PayPal. This will allow you to pay with a credit/debit card, or if you are already setup on PayPal, you can pay with any of the payment methods you have setup on your PayPal account.
When you purchase your tickets, you will assign a name to each ticket, this is your registration for the event. All tickets will be will-call, and you will be on a list at the gate, no physical tickets will be sent. You will receive a confirmation of your ticket purchase which you should print out and bring for proof of purchase.
Everyone must show their valid photo ID (for 21+ check) and must also sign a liability waiver.This is an all-ages event, but for liability reasons anyone under 18 must arrive with a legal guardian and have a liability waiver signed by their legal guardian. All attendees under 18 must remain under the supervision of their appointed guardian for the entire event.
Your entry confirmation is a revocable license. Violation of any rules, or violent or anti-social behavior may result in revocation of your entry confirmation and ejection from the event without a refund.
All entrants will receive a wristband; please wear your wristband at all times to show that you’ve officially entered the event. Those participants who are 21 and over will receive a special wristband. Wear your wristband at all times as proof that you are of legal drinking age.
Tickets are limited so get yours early.
Once your tickets are purchased, then please sign up for a volunteer shift! Go to the Volunteering tab for more information about how to sign up for shifts using Signup Genius.
Tickets are $42 for an adults and free for children under 12. Tickets go up to $52 on August 1, and the last day to purchase them is September 30. All transfers must be final by October 2 at midnight.
